Books & Brunch

This weekend, we went to 'Books & Brunch'.
A lovely new place in Bruges, where you can eat an incredible good breakfast (or lunch) for reasonable prices! We took a breakfast with pancakes and it was just delicious!
We really enjoyed our time together there!

Back from a paradise not so far away

Since two days, we are back from Sweden & Denmark.
It was an amazing trip! We saw lots and lots of wild animals.
We had the best views while wild camping. It was GREAT!
I will place another blog post online later with more photos from this road trip.

Yaaay today is the day! I'm on the road again... <3
Let's go on a roadtrip, we (the boyfriend and me) thought a couple of months and so we planned our Scandinavian trip. Uhm planned.. we only choose a couple of camping sites on our way and that's about it.
From today I will show you the little things we've planned for now.. our thoughts can change while we are driving there.

I won't be able to answer my e-mails or other messages here, on Etsy, Facebook or BBN.
I will answer them when i'm back. That's probably around the 13th of August.

My shop will stay open, but every item ordered from the 27th of July will be shipped on 15th of August.

Travel idea ::: Scandinavian roadtrip

Our (my boyfriend and me) previous travel idea was going to 'Cinque terre' in Italy (read/see here), but we've changed plans. We're going north by car.
The plan is to start in Bruges (where we live) and then drive all the way to Stockholm (Sweden).

Have you already seen the movie 'The Bucket List'?
For those who haven't seen it, here's a short description.With this film in my mind i decided a few weeks ago, i wanted to make my very own bucket list. But... making this list is much harder than i expected.. I thought making such list would be easy. I know perfectly what i want to see in the world but on the other hand, there're so many things i haven't even seen myself.. so how can i know i would like to see them?
I started with making a pinterest board. Looking at other people's travel boards inspires me a lot to go and make a journey myself. So my bucket list now became a dynamic thing.. it changes all the time. And maybe that's the thing about it that i like.
Somehow this list also made me realise that i'm so small in this world.. i haven't seen much of it yet.. i hope i'll win the lottery or something like that to go on a world trip. You can take a look at my list when you click here.

Journey to Hradec Kralove & Prague

Since friday evening I'm back in Belgium.
I wished I could stay in the Czech Republic for a longer time. I had a very nice time there with my boyfriend and his friend(s) there. Frodo, if you read this I hope you can see I wrote I with a capital... especially for you... still don't like it very much though.

Travelling from Hradec to Prague takes quite a long time - about 2 hours - so my boyfriend and me decided to stay in Prague for a couple of days to have some time for ourselves.
We had a great time! These are some photos of Hradec Kralove and Prague.

My first journey to Hradec Kralove

You've probably read on this blog before (and if you haven't you will now) that my boyfriend stays in the Czech Republic for 3 months for his studies.

As I'm a student in tourism i couldn't let this chance go. I bought my tickets to fly there and stay with my love in the vacations. He's living in the city Hradec Kralové, close to Prague.
This afternoon I'm leaving Belgium. I've never been to the Czech Republic, so i'm very curious. We've planned many things to do together and i'm so looking forward to it! First i want to explore Hradec and after that i want to visit Prague. In the Eastern vacation we've planned to go to Auschwitz in Poland. There's a good connection between Poland and Prague with the train. I'll tell you more about that later, when that vacation is coming closer. Now i want to show you some lovely photos from Hradec Kralové.
