This weekend, we went to 'Books & Brunch'.
A lovely new place in Bruges, where you can eat an incredible good breakfast (or lunch) for reasonable prices! We took a breakfast with pancakes and it was just delicious!
We really enjoyed our time together there!

Have you already seen the movie 'The Bucket List'?
For those who haven't seen it, here's a short description.With this film in my mind i decided a few weeks ago, i wanted to make my very own bucket list. But... making this list is much harder than i expected.. I thought making such list would be easy. I know perfectly what i want to see in the world but on the other hand, there're so many things i haven't even seen myself.. so how can i know i would like to see them?
I started with making a pinterest board. Looking at other people's travel boards inspires me a lot to go and make a journey myself. So my bucket list now became a dynamic thing.. it changes all the time. And maybe that's the thing about it that i like.
Somehow this list also made me realise that i'm so small in this world.. i haven't seen much of it yet.. i hope i'll win the lottery or something like that to go on a world trip. You can take a look at my list when you click here.

Journey to Hradec Kralove & Prague

Since friday evening I'm back in Belgium.
I wished I could stay in the Czech Republic for a longer time. I had a very nice time there with my boyfriend and his friend(s) there. Frodo, if you read this I hope you can see I wrote I with a capital... especially for you... still don't like it very much though.

Travelling from Hradec to Prague takes quite a long time - about 2 hours - so my boyfriend and me decided to stay in Prague for a couple of days to have some time for ourselves.
We had a great time! These are some photos of Hradec Kralove and Prague.

My first journey to Hradec Kralove

You've probably read on this blog before (and if you haven't you will now) that my boyfriend stays in the Czech Republic for 3 months for his studies.

As I'm a student in tourism i couldn't let this chance go. I bought my tickets to fly there and stay with my love in the vacations. He's living in the city Hradec Kralové, close to Prague.
This afternoon I'm leaving Belgium. I've never been to the Czech Republic, so i'm very curious. We've planned many things to do together and i'm so looking forward to it! First i want to explore Hradec and after that i want to visit Prague. In the Eastern vacation we've planned to go to Auschwitz in Poland. There's a good connection between Poland and Prague with the train. I'll tell you more about that later, when that vacation is coming closer. Now i want to show you some lovely photos from Hradec Kralové.

Bij gebrek aan beter

Zonet was ik even aan het rondsnuffelen op internet en ik ontdekte iets fijns!!
Een toffe blog: 'Bij gebrek aan beter' waarop iemand een foto plaatste van één van de bladwijzers die ik had gemaakt!
Wat leuk!!

Earlier today i was surfing around on internet and i discovered something really nice!!

Ondertussen hebben jullie al gemerkt dat hier het één en ander veranderd is.
Ik ben nog steeds bezig met de blog wat aan te passen.
In mijn laatste berichtjes las je dan ook hier en daar een woordje Engels.
Het leek me leuk dat mensen uit andere landen ook een beetje begrijpen waarover ik het heb.

Ik ben alvast heel erg blij dat ik ervoor gekozen heb om dit jaar een vakantiejob in september te doen.

Eerste rokje: deel 1

Zoals ik eerder al zei is vakantie een moment om weer veel tijd door te brengen met de familie.
Gisteren een dagje zee gehad met de zus (en haar vriendinnetje) en de mama, wat zorgde voor een mooi nieuw kleurtje.

Deze middag een bezoekje aan mijn oma.
We gaan samen gezellig wat kletsen en naaien.

Ik wil vandaag graag een testjurkje voor Koekepeertje afwerken, want vrijdag is het homesale en dan wil ik ermee kunnen pronken.

En... ik wil vandaag beginnen aan mijn eerste zelfgemaakte rokje.
Weet je nog die bolletjes stof die ik zo super vond?! Deze wordt het!

Nu de vakantie gestart is, is er ook wat meer tijd om samen door te brengen met de famillie!
Vandaag een daguitstapje naar de zee.

Ondertussen heb ik al heel wat nieuwe spulletjes klaarliggen om op foto vast te leggen.
Mijn fantastische liefje kocht onlangs een macrolens waarmee ik eens wil prutsen.
Binnenkort nieuwe foto's dus!!
